Who doesn't like a bit of altitude based scenery?! For stunning views over the whole Cape Peninsula, from Table Mountain to Cape Point, nothing beats the view from the mast at the top of the Constantiaberg mountain.

Start at the entrance gate at Tokai and keep going up.  There are no turns or routes to follow, just stay on the road and keep heading up.  The tar section after the saddle can become quite steep (over 20% grade in places) but the views along the way are worth the effort!

On the way back down you can explore all of the wonderful single track trails which have made Tokai famous (highly recommended) or head back the same way you came in.  Either option will have you heading down the mountain towards the main entrance gate.

This route is suitable for gravel and mountain bikes.
