OVERVIEW
Leopard Lodge is primarily a function and conference venue, but day visitors are allowed in for cycling but it is strictly by appointment only.
On your bike
The terrain provides some challenging riding over rocky outcrops, and although the tracks hug the contours of the sheer Magaliesberg Mountain range which forms the dramatic backdrop to the lodge, there may be sections that will have you off the bike and pushing.
Off the bike
The 248 hectare property has an abundance of birdlife including the third largest breeding colony of the endangered Cape Griffon Vulture. In addition, game such as giraffe, kudu, blesbuck, impala, bushbuck, warthog, blue wildebeest, red hartebeest, nyala nad zebra can be seen. Leopards are occasionaly sighted at night.
