OVERVIEW
Rosemary Hill is a working organic farm situated on a beautiful stretch of farmland amidst the Highveld Hills, just on 10min from Pretoria East. If ever you needed the perfect excuse to go and play on your bike in rosemary and lavender fields, saddle up and head this way.
On your bike
Three fun and safe trail options of 6km, 10km or 18km take riders on a range of scenic routes all over the farm. The trails are well-marked and whizz through aromatic rosemary fields, past dams, across streams and the occasional patch of indigenous woodland. Great single-track will test your skills as you negotiate wooden bridges, drop offs, speedy ruin runs and tight forest turns. There’s even a floating bridges to add to this rambunctious ride!
Off the bike
The Rosemary Hill Farm complex offers a nursery, delightful tea garden and runners, accommodation, and venue for weddings and other corporate functions. Rosemary Hill Farm specializes in offering an authentic High Tea. High Tea is served on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday from 11h00 – 13h00 and 14h00 – 16h00, strictly by appointment only. This a major draw card for tea connoisseurs, and they will definitely not be disappointed.
